Without trust productivity is reduced and silos are built. In addition to teaching about values and behaviours that affect trust, this comprehensive course includes exercises for growing trust within a team. A team Trust Assessment measuring the level of trust within your team is completed prior to the workshop to ensure it is tailored to meet your specific requirements.
We have all heard of RESILIENCE, but what actually gives someone the ability to push through or bounce back from stressful and challenging situations? Fortunately, being resilient is not just the domain of especially gifted people but instead those who have practices or factors in their lives that facilitate their being resilient. Outlining the characteristics of resilient people, this course teaches participants easily implemented keys and steps to grow their own resilience.
AGILE mindsets are critical to success in today’s fast paced and challenging business environments. Adopting different perspectives can change team culture, increase team performance, and deliver business value. This course facilitates participants to understand their instinctive mindsets that shape their responses, recognise opportunities that will stretch them, and develop strategies to become more agile. All participants receive their own personalised 26-page agility profile.
INITIATIVE and MOTIVATION
Taking INITIATIVE is so important, research has shown it to be one of the three top determinants of 'star performers.' Participants learn the power of taking initiative, its link to MOTIVATION and practical ways to increase it. Importantly leaders are also taught how they can increase their own and other staff member's motivation. All participants leave with their own personal action plan to implement longer lasting change.
